Carers on Demand was founded by Emma Milton, the CEO since 2016.
Emma has been recruiting carers and running care agencies since 2008 and really does understand what both clients and carers need and deserve.
Carers on Demand was the first agency in the UK to offer a safe and effective introductory agency in a compliant and legal manner!
Carers on Demand was born after co-founding an award winning and independent domically care company, Emma developed a firm understanding of the real value quality carers bring to an organisation or to a private client. However, there was always such a shortage of these carers available.
Carers on Demand has used the years of hands-on experience working with carers, and clients to understand what is required to offer a service of true value.
As a result, Carers on Demand have quality, trained and vetted carers and live- in carers available for long or short-term periods at a completely fair and transparent cost. We always ensure carers receive an excellent financial reward for the hard work and dedication they offer to clients.

Emma Milton is qualified in EDI Level 5 (Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care Services) and is a qualified Risk Assessor.
Emma studied Business and Finance in London and is a business mentor for Business students at Brighton College working with Dragons on the BBC Dragons Den.
